Shift+tempo offset to set grid cue and lock grid

Shift and tempo offset down button sets a grid cue point.
Shift and tempo offset up button locks/unlocks the grid.

The tempo offset down button and its opposite shift deletes a grid point.

WARNING: Sometimes this nudges the pitch range, I can't fix-SO NEVER USE ON A DECK PLAYING LIVE

An extra tsi in the zip additionally allows you to nudge the BPM of the track using Shift+Loop Size Set.
Allows you to set beat grids up while playing.

I have kept BPM altering separate as the default behaviour of the loop length knob is not disabled, so both trigger. This isn't ideal, but for some reason the usual way of counteracting the default behaviour, (an equal and opposite mapping), wouldn't work.

In my own mapping, I've additionally mapped opposite shift+offset up buttons to divide the BPM by two. Let me know if you'd like this added - I didn't include it here as pressing up to halve the BPM is counter-intuitive, but having the down button to set and delete grid points seemed intuitive.
